We are a consultant company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are specialized in ISO system application and advisory governance, risk & control.
Established by Rony Ihram Maulana in 2018, our initial expertise was the implementation service of ISO 37001:2016 Anti Bribery Management System (Bribery Risk Assessment, Gap Analysis, document drafting, Anti-Bribery Compliance Function, Internal Audit Training) and also anti-corruption issues.
As the era has changed, we are transforming to give our clients the service they exactly required. Thus, we diversified our capabilities into two services; ISO and RIM Consulting. Through our two services, not only we dedicated to fully deliver our best services, but also committed to help you ease the burden by giving the applicable solution for your business growth.

Amien Sunaryadi
SENIOR ADVISOR
Amien Sunaryadi acts as the Senior Advisor of PT Integra Solusi Optima, while also acts as the President Commissioner of PT PLN (Persero) since December 2019. Currently he also manages to be a partner of Assegaf, Hamzah & Partners (AHP) Law Firm, being in charge of the Fraud & Forensics Investigation practice group.
Born in 1960, he began his career by working as a civil servant with the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), continued by became a Senior Manager in Disputes Analysis and Investigations Division at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Indonesia and became partner of Fraud Investigation & Dispute Service at Ernst & Young (EY). Previously, he also served as a Commissioner of Anti-Corruption Commission of Indonesia (KPK).
Akbar Ibrahim Maulana
DIRECTOR / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Akbar has certified ISO 37001 Implementer Anti-Bribery Management System by PECB and has professional experiences of serving companies with international scale both in the fields of Internal Control & SOX, Internal Audit, Forensic, Risk Management, and Good Corporate Governance for various industries i.e. Electricity, Coal Mining, SRO , Telecommunications, Public Transportation, Construction, and NGO.
Before acting as Director in Integra Solusi Optima, Akbar started as Governance Risk Control Associate Consultant in RSM Indonesia. He finished his Master’s degree at Prasetya Mulya.

Faisal Surya
PARTNER / SENIOR CONSULTANT
Faisal has certified ISO 37001 Implementer Anti-Bribery Management System by PECB. He obtained Master’s degree in Cyber Security from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB Bandung).
Faisal has professional expertise in Anti Bribery, Compliance, Risk Management, Information System, and Research. He also has been serving many industries such as construction, banking, oil and gas, mining, logistic and distributions, and financial institutions. He also completed his research on the Design of ISO 37001 Implementation Guidelines: Anti-Bribery Management System at SKK Migas.
