Entering the midst of 2022, PT Integra Solusi Optima or widely known as PT ISO has decided to expand its portfolio into a business strategy that involves the establishment of our holding company, Integra Solusi Optima.
This transformation naturally will impact on several changes within the company group, mainly related to shifts of service we deliver to our clients.
As the holding company, Integra Solusi Optima oversees two subsidiaries; ISO and RIM Consulting. Strategically speaking, aside from the service differences, these two subsidiaries expected to reach out to the wider area of consulting management industry.

As the pride and foremost service that provides full-on services in implementing several ISO (International Standard Organizations) systems, including conduct training related to ISO implementation.
- RIM Consulting
Stands for Research & Innovation Management, RIM Consulting provides advisory and business strategy implementation based on specific research we’re excel in.
Integra Solusi Optima was established in 2018. Back then, our founder Rony I. Maulana was an expert in ISO implementation and advisory. The company has grown and provided consultancy services for the development of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) and certification process right up to obtaining ISO 37001: 2016 Certification. Company’s service including preparation, gap analysis, training, development, implementation, internal assessment, then certification process.
With Integra Solusi Optima acts as the holding company, the previous services will be continued by ISO as one of our products. Meanwhile, RIM Consulting will be focused on business and management consultation in general.
With this strategy in mind, we aim to make the right solution tailored for the needs of each business and industry. Lead by our young and dynamic team, and through more integrated services, we believe we can provide the best for our clients.
